Tap a topic below to see what we do, how the process works, and what you'll need. Every service starts with a real conversation with our team.

Open to all members Typical time: 4–8 weeks

What we do: We follow up delayed, reduced or disputed pensions directly with EOBI, request re-verification where pay-scale errors have occurred, and advocate for annual pension increases with the Federal Government.

Our process:

  1. Submit your pension documents and a short written request to our office.
  2. We verify your case details against EOBI records.
  3. Our team formally raises your case with the relevant EOBI office.
  4. We follow up until your case is resolved, and keep you updated by phone.

You will need: EOBI pension number, CNIC copy, and your latest pension slip or bank statement.

For registered pensioners only Typical time: 2–4 weeks

Eligibility: Retired EOBI employees and their eligible family members are entitled to the free EOBI Medical Card, restored in 2022 for urgent medical care.

What's covered: Emergency treatment, reimbursement of eligible medical bills (now approved on a 15-day turnaround), and continued access to essential medicines for chronic conditions.

How to apply: Bring your CNIC and pension documents to our office, or send scanned copies through the Contact page, and we will help you apply for your EOBI Medical Card or submit a reimbursement claim.

Partner facility: Al-Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad, provides discounted treatment for EOBI retirees and dependents in the twin cities.

Open to all members Typical time: 4–6 weeks

Losing a loved one is hard enough without also facing paperwork alone. We help families of deceased members apply for the EOBI death grant, and guide widows and unmarried or divorced daughters through the family pension approval process — a right that has already helped many families find support after their loss.

You will need: Death certificate, family registration certificate, CNIC of the applicant, and the deceased member's pension number.

Timeline: Most death grant and family pension cases we support are resolved within four to six weeks of complete documents being submitted.
