About EOBI-REWA

Founded by retired EOBI officers to make sure no pensioner, widow or dependent has to face the system alone.

Our Story

Nine Years of Standing With Retirees

The EOBI Retired Employees Welfare Association (Registered), Pakistan was established in 2017 under the guidance of Muhammad Bashir, a former Director of Administration at EOBI, with the support of the Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis & Human Resource Development. It was formed to give retired EOBI employees — including widows and dependents — a legally registered, constitutional body to protect their pension and welfare rights.

For years, resources were limited. Even so, the Association's office holders continued to meet weekly at the head office in Karachi, working without pay on pension verification, medical reimbursement delays, and welfare claims for members across the country.

Members with EOBI Registration or pension numbers, and their spouses, widows, or unmarried/divorced daughters, are eligible to join. A modest lifetime membership fee funds the Association's advocacy work; several senior members have also contributed additional voluntary donations toward this mission.
